Engagement and Impact

This project focused on crafting a versatile video series for the Emerging Leaders in Governance program, designed to engage two key audiences: future participants and community partners.

Through a discovery process, we uncovered the program’s need to connect with the next generation of leaders while also strengthening relationships with existing and potential community partners.

The result was a tailored series of five main videos, twelve short-form pieces, and repurposable assets, each featuring unique content optimised for versatility of use. Whether on social media, websites, or email campaigns, these videos provide engaging tools to inspire participation, foster collaboration, and amplify the program’s reach.

Project Goals Achieved

"Michael was a pleasure to work with. He actively listened to understand our requirements to develop a scope of works that delivered on exactly what was requested.

We are delighted with the final product and the collateral developed is a great addition to our existing collateral to showcase the stories and impacts of the program directly from people involved.

Michael and his team made all stakeholders feel comfortable, his approach to video sessions and environment he created allowed interviewees to be their natural authentic selves and open up share their experiences."

A For-Purpose Project

A For-Purpose Project

A Sector For Good

At Observation Studio, we’re proud to work closely with the not-for-profit sector, and this project was a testament to those deep connections. The Emerging Leaders in Governance program brought together a diverse range of organisations and individuals, including CEOs, board directors, and sector leaders from Good Sammies, Uniting WA, Juniper Aged Care, Avivo, Rise, and many more.

This collaboration not only showcased the strength of the sector but also reinforced our commitment to supporting organisations that make a meaningful impact in their communities.
